Unfold the front legs to open the chair. 3. Lift the seat and place the bar into the appropriate height slot. 4. Release headrest locking arm and unfold headrest. 5. Adjust the headrest height and angle for client comfort. Lock by pushing down on the locking arm. Caution if the headrest side arms are not fully tightened and locked prior to use, the gears may strip when the headrest is used. 6. Lift the arm rest and firmly place armrest locking arm into one of the 3 adjustment positions. 7. Loosen chest plate and adjust to the right height for your client. Tighten the knob to lock in place.
